The 4 Intel ones are not detected. I installed a ubuntu on the Dell Server and lknux the linux bootutil package from the intel support website to the ubuntu.

I Gigabit Network Connection vendor: No - It's not. On the intel website it says that the igb is used for the i card but a google search sometimes shows that ee is used I'm running into an issue where a new network card isn't being automatically detected by the OS.
We have a couple of the i cards in prductive hyper-v Servers It seems manually updating the firmware on the network card itself made the card visible to the OS. I've looked into dmesg and found the following: I finally solved it.
