The fact that winddows is unsupported has nothing to do with Microsoft and everything to do with Intel. That's interesting because I'm running an Intel under Win7 and MY driver was obtained simply by running Windows Update -- and the current version I have 4.

There was a post the other day with the same chipset, and same result, because the Intel Update Utility couldn't find the drivers, but if you've found working 7 drivers for chipsets Microsoft Intel aren't supporting, please post them winodws so we can refer people to them.
